The application period for the cycle 2025-2027 is now open. Please refer to the “programme” section of this website for dates of specific programme modules.

The MAS ETH MPP targets experts and professionals seeking to professionalise their mediation practice. Key selection criteria include: previous degrees (applications from candidates without a Master’s degree can be accepted only in exceptional circumstance); career prospects; professional experience in mediation, peace processes or the political negotiation of violent conflict; English language competency (equivalent to C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages); recommendations; and the outcome of an admission interview, if applicable.

General admissions: For applicants who are not seeking a scholarship for non-OECD citizens, please apply for the course here. The general application period is open from June 1-30, 2025. If you have questions in advance of the application period or wish to discuss your application, please reach out to to discuss further.
Scholarship applications: The program has scholarships available for highly qualified candidates from non-OECD countries. Please refer to the "scholarship application" for more details. The application period for the scholarships is open until April 13, 2025.
